New York based artist Zhang Po, know artistically as NY PO, created this set inspired by the lights and shadows of New York City. As a trained fine artists with a specialty in oil painting, Po has always been facinated by how art and life shape each other. He wanted to create a set that allows tattoos to capture all the contours of real life.
