PurKlenz cleans and prepares the skin before a Tattoo, Piercing or Laser Tattoo Removal. Formulated with 3% Chloroxylenol, a proven vegan-friendly broad spectrum antseptic that kills harmful bacteria and germs. PurKlenz helps reduce redness and irritation and removes dirt, grease and oil, but does not burn, irritate or dry the skin like alcohol based products. Lubricants, moisturizers and skin conditioning ingredients that soothe the skin also make PurKlenz a great shaving prep and ideal for use in tattoo rinse bottles to replace harsh chemicals not meant for the skin. PurKlenz contains no parabens, fragrances, dyes or alcohol.
